Hello! I am Tracy Shirvill, registered counsellor and owner of Finding Felicity Counselling. While I had been working in corporate admin for many years, becoming a counsellor had been on my mind for a while. Prompted by the end of a relationship, I took the time to review my life, and connect with my values, beliefs, and life goals. When the opportunity came to change careers I jumped at it.
I started my training with a Diploma of Counselling, and then completed a Bachelors of Counselling. I am also a member of the Australian Counselling Association. Having attended counselling myself, I recognise that going to a counsellor can be hard. It’s not an easy process at times but the effort is worth it.
